Fast Forward to Flavor
- Mix contents with 200ml water to make a paste.
- Add 70ml oil, saute on low-medium heat for 20 mins.
- Add 250g fried or sauteed vegetables & mix well.
- Add water, cover it with lid and cook until done.
- Garnish with coriander (cilantro) and curry leaves.
Preferred Oil: Sesame Oil.
Preferred Veggies: Egg Plant, Okra, Garlic.
