Cooking Instructions
Mix the contents with 100ml water to make a paste directly in the pan
used for cooking.
Add 30ml (2 tbsp) oil (coconut oil preferred) to the mix and saute on
low-medium heat for at least 20 minutes.
Add 250g protein of choice and mix well.
Add water (approx. 100ml), cover with a lid and cook until the meat
is done. Add water and salt based on taste and consistency preference.
Garnish with cilantro (coriander leaves).
Using a pressure cooker?
Adjust timer / whistle accordingly.
