Traditional tomato-based curry with a touch of tamarind. When cooked with select proteins, FOODS this blend makes a flavourful thick gravy!
Cooking Instructions
- Mix the contents with 100ml water to make a paste directly in the pan used for cooking.
- Add 30ml (2 tbsp) oil (sesame oil preferred) to the mix and saute on low-medium heat.
- Add 100g fried vegetables (okra, brinjal, drumstick or garlic preferred) or 200g fresh fish and mix well.
- Add water (approx. 100ml), cover with a lid and cook until done. Add more water and salt based on taste and consistency preference.
- Garnish with coriander (cilantro).
