An ethnic recipe to create a spicy red chilli–based curry from Andhra, a region famous for its hot peppers.
How to cook
- Mix contents with 200ml water to make a paste.
- Add 70ml oil, sauté on low-medium heat for 20 mins.
- Add 1 kg (2 lbs) meat & mix well.
- Add water, cover with lid and cook until done.
- Garnish with coriander (cilantro) and curry leaves.
Ready in 15–20 minutes. Each XL pack serves 4–6. Using a pressure cooker? Adjust timer/whistle accordingly.
