Fresh black peppercorns and shalots, awaken your taste buds with peppery flames in every bite.

Cooking Instructions
  1. Mix the contents with 100ml water to make a paste directly in the pan used for cooking.
  2. Add 30ml (2 tbsp) oil to the mix, saute on low-medium heat for at least 20 mins.
  3. Add 250g protein of choice and mix well.
  4. Add water (approx 100ml), cover it with a lid and cook until the meat is done. Add water and salt based on the taste and consistency preference.
  5. Garnish with cilantro (coriander leaves).
  6. Using a pressure cooker?
    Adjust timer / whistle accordingly.
