Simmered velvety butter gravy, kissed with onion cream sauce & mild spices for a rich comforting dish
Cooking Instructions
- Mix the contents with 150ml water to make a paste directly in the pan used for cooking.
- Add 30ml (2 tbsp) butter to the mix and cook on low-medium heat for at least 10 minutes.
- Add 200g of paneer or chicken or boiled egg and mix well.
- Add water (approx. 150ml), cover with a lid and cook for 10–15 minutes. Add more water and salt based on taste and consistency preference.
