Fast Forward to Flavor

  1. Mix contents with 200ml water to make a paste.
  2. Add 70ml oil(coconut oil preferred), saute on low-medium heat for 20 mins.
  3. Add 500g (1lb) chicken and 50g sliced coconut. Mix well.
  4. Add water, cover it with lid and cook until done.
  5. Garnish with coriander (cilantro) and curry leaves.

  6. NOTE: THE RECIPE CAN BE MADE DRY / GRAVY
