Ingredients Onion Small Onion Tomato Ginger Garlic Dry Red Chilli Coriander Leaves Curry Leaves TakTak Spice Blend (Red Chilli, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Pepper) Turmeric Salt Fast Forward to Flavor Mix contents with 200ml water to make a paste. Add 70ml oil, saute on low-medium heat for 20 mins. Add 500g (1lb) chicken (boneless preferred), 12 red chillies and curry leaves. Mix well. Add water, cover it with lid and cook until done. Garnish with coriander (cilantro) leaves.
