Ingredients Onion Green Chilli Kashmiri Chilli Fennel Seeds Coriander Leaves Curry Leaves TakTak Spice Blend (Red Chilli, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Pepper) Mustard Seeds Nutmeg Roasted Gram Cashew Nut Salt Fast Forward to Flavor Mix contents with 200ml water to make a paste. Add 70ml oil, saute on low-medium heat for 20 mins. Add 500g (1lb) meat & mix well. Add water, cover it with lid and cook until done. Garnish with coriander (cilantro) and curry leaves.
