Ingredients Tomato Onion Small Onion Tamarind Paste Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Brown Sugar Asafoetida Coriander Seeds Toor Dal Chana Dal Fenugreek Seeds Mustard Seeds Salt Fast Forward to Flavor Mix contents with 200ml water to make a paste. Add 70ml oil (sesame oil preferred) sauté on low-medium heat for 10 mins. Add 300ml water to the paste & let it boil well. Add 500g (1lb) fish & allow to cook. Optional: Add 50ml coconut milk/paste (as per your taste) & allow to boil. Garnish with coriander (cilantro) and curry leaves.
