Ingredients Onion Tomato Small Onion Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Coriander Leaves Curry Leaves TakTak Spice Blend:(Red Chilli , Coriander Seeds , Cumin Seeds , Fennel Seeds , Cinnamon , Clove , Black Pepper) Mustard Seeds Nutmeg Roasted Gram Cashew Nut Groundnut Turmeric Salt Fast Forward to Flavor Mix contents with 200ml water to make a paste. Add 70ml oil, sauté on low-medium heat for 20 mins. Add 500g (1lb) boneless meat & mix well. Add water, cover it with lid and cook until done. Garnish with coriander (cilantro) and curry leaves.
