Ingredients Onion Tomato Small Onion Garlic Coriander Leaves Curry Leaves Black Peppercorns TakTak Spice Blend:(Red Chilli , Coriander Seeds , Cumin Seeds , Fennel Seeds , Cinnamon , Clove , Black Pepper) Nutmeg Roasted Gram Cashew Nut Salt Fast Forward to Flavor Mix contents with 200ml water to make a paste. Add 70ml oil, sauté on low-medium heat for 20 mins. Add 500g (1lb) chicken (boneless preferred) & mix well. Add water, cover it with lid and cook until done. Garnish with coriander (cilantro) and curry leaves. NOTE: The recipe can be made dry/gravy. Using a pressure cooker? Adjust timer/whistle accordingly.
