Ingredients Onion Small Onion Tomato Garlic Curry Leaves Ginger Green Chilli Coriander Leaves TakTak Spice Blend:(Red Chilli , Coriander Seeds , Cumin Seeds , Fennel Seeds , Cinnamon , Clove , Black Pepper) Nutmeg Mustard Seeds Roasted gram Turmeric Salt Fast Forward to Flavor Mix contents with 200ml water to make a paste. Add 70ml oil (coconut oil preferred), sauté on low-medium heat for 20 mins. Add 500g (1lb) chicken and 50g sliced coconut. Mix well. Add water, cover it with lid and cook until done. Garnish with coriander (cilantro) and curry leaves. NOTE: The recipe can be made dry/gravy. Using a pressure cooker? Adjust timer/whistle accordingly.
